Today’s breakfast

2 ounces of chicken breast (leftovers from last night) and some cream top Brown Cow yogurt. Cream top, you guys. That’s where it’s at. Not super low or no fat, but all natural and man, is it delicious. And it carries you longer than your sad no fat variety. I’m telling you. Worth the splurge in the morning or as a post-workout protein treat.

  2. I promise, you SO do. I recommend the cherry vanilla. You know what else? I didn’t even like yogurt before SkinnyThighs, so this is high praise if you ask me.
